The BALUARTE, Auditorium & Congressional Palace, is a grand area for combining science and teaching, arts and culture. It is one of the greatest buildings constructed for this purpose in Spain with more than 63,000 m2.
Despite its giant dimensions – greater than even those from Kursaal or Eusaldune – the Baluarte has a friendly, careful and respectful appearance in the environment in which it is interwoven.
